Shipping & Returns

US Shipping

Free US shipping on all orders, and include insurance in order to recover the cost if a package is lost of stolen. In the event of a lost or stolen package, I will work with you to replace your piece (if possible) or get a refund through USPS for the price of the item. I generally ship within 1-3 business days of your order, and it can take up to 4-5 business days for your item to arrive to you once shipped. You will receive an email from me with your tracking number through USPS once your item has shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me and I can let you know the updated pricing.

International Shipping

I offer international shipping at $20 per package. If your shipping ends up costing less than $20, you will be refunded the difference. Orders typically arrive 1-3 weeks after shipment date. All fees incurred due to taxes/customs fees are due by the customer.

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are up to my discretion. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom pieces. Please initiate refunds/exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Payment

PayPal and credit cards are accepted on the website. Your product will ship once full payment has been received.
